We know that working with professional organizations, institutions, and the government can be intimidating. Different organizations and institutions require different types of translations—certified, notarized, or ATIA/ATIO—and it can be overwhelming to determine what type is right for which purpose. It is important for you to contact the destination organization or institution to ensure you know exactly what type of translation you require. And then we come in: our goal is to provide a quick, easy translation a part of your journey.
These are some of the common requests we see from our clients:
- Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada
- Registry Services Alberta
- Service Ontario
- Service BC
- Post-Secondary Institutions
- Foreign Embassies in Canada
- Embassies Abroad
- Lawyers in Canada and Abroad
- Courts in Canada and Abroad
This is how our process works for certified, professional translations:
- Visit our Quote page. Complete the form and upload your documents. We do not need your original documents—a clean, clear Word document, PDF, or JPEG will work just fine.
- Once we have received your request, we will let you know that we have received your documents.
- We will contact you with a complete estimate for your documents as soon as possible.
- When you decide to go ahead with the project, we will send you an invoice.
- Once we have received payment in full, your translator will begin work on your project.
- Once the translation is complete, we will send it to you for a proofread.
- We will make any necessary changes, and correct any errors.
- If you have requested a certified or notarized translation, we will prepare the necessary documentation.
- You will receive the final translation and any accompanying documentation via the manner you have requested.
- Your quick, easy translation is complete!
